Terms and Conditions for the NHS Hardie Jacket Promotion

  1. Promotion Period: The promotion runs from 1st May 2025 to 31st July 2025.
  2. Eligibility:
    1. The promotion is open to all customers with an active NHS account (30 day or pay-as-you-go) who purchase James Hardie products from NHS during the promotion period.
    2. The customer must claim their jacket by logging into their account on the NHS website (www.nhs.trade).
  1. How to Participate:
    1. For every $1 spent on James Hardie products (including GST) on their NHS account, customers will earn 1 point. Returns of James Hardie products will reduce the customer’s points at the same rate.
    1. Accumulate 5,000 points during the promotion period to redeem a branded jacket. You can redeem another jacket each time you accumulate another 5,000 points.
    1. Log into your account on www.nhs.trade to check your points tally. Points will be updated within 48 hours of purchase.
  1. Redemption Process:
    1. Log into your account on www.nhs.trade and navigate to the Hardie Jacket Promo tab to redeem your jacket before 31st August 2025.
    1. Select your jacket size and upload your company logo. Your size and logo cannot be changed after submitting.
    1. NHS will notify you when your jacket is ready for pickup.
  1. General Conditions:
    1. Each 5,000 point redemption entitles the customer to one black jacket of NHS’s selection with an embroidered NHS logo, James Hardie logo and customer’s logo (as supplied by the customer during the redemption process).
    2. Points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products. Unused points will expire after 31 August 2025.
    3. Points cannot be combined across multiple NHS accounts.
    1. Multiple jackets can be redeemed if the required points are accumulated (e.g., $11,500 spent on James Hardie products during promotion period = 11,500 points = 2 jackets).
    2. Only James Hardie branded products earn points. Related accessories that are not branded James Hardie do not earn points.
    1. NHS may substitute the jacket with a similar jacket if required due to supply issues.
    2. NHS may request a proportional contribution to the cost of the jacket from the customer if they have negative points after returning James Hardie products to NHS, following a jacket redemption.
    3. In the case of a dispute, the decision of NHS’s CEO shall be final.
    1. By participating in the promotion, customers agree to these terms and conditions.
