A smart-looking sidelite for a smart-looking door. The Newington XN11 sidelite is specifically designed to complement the Newington XN5 entrance door from Hume Doors.

Whether you install a single sidelite or a double sidelite, you’re guaranteed a fashionable frontage that will never go out of style. Featuring four translucent horizontal glass panels, this sidelite panel delivers an entrance that is all class.

The safety glass is made by a heat and pressure process that laminates two sheets with a white interlayer in between. This gives the glass its white opaque colour, which creates visual privacy while still admitting a considerable amount of light.

Employing a conventional stile and rail construction method, the medium density fibreboard core adds an element of sturdiness that is hard to beat. And the Duracote tempered hardboard face means this solid sidelite comes with a non-porous surface, ready to paint.

Glazing choice has a significant impact on the appearance of the Newington XN11 entrance side panel, and for both privacy and aesthetic reasons, Hume Doors offer a number of glazing options in plain, decorative and tinted glass finishes. Although this sidelite comes with translucent glazing, it is also available in clear, cathedral, africana, grey tint, low-E, geostep, rice paper and wave slumped (price may vary) – please refer to the website button above for further information.

Building requirements vary according to the bushfire attack level (BAL) that the development is classified under. The Newington XN11 sidelite comes with a rating of BAL 12.5.
