By completing this form, you agree to the following:
- You are authorised to make this application on behalf of the NHS Account Customer
- Northumberland Handyman Supplies Pty Ltd (“NHS”) may refuse or revoke online store access for us or any of our registered user(s).
- We will be responsible for the payment of all charges arising from orders placed on the online store by our registered users.
- We must notify NHS in writing if we want to remove access to the online store for any of our registered user(s).
- We must notify NHS immediately in writing if we believe the security access password of any of our registered user(s) has been compromised.
- We (including our registered users) consent to receiving marketing messages from NHS by way of electronic messaging, mail and telephone.
- We accept the Terms and Conditions of the online store as amended from time to time.
- Please note, resellers of building materials are not eligible for the online store
