Pre-Oiled Timber Decking

Pre-Oiled Timber Decking

Your client makes a big investment when they decide to install a timber deck, this is why it's important that the right product is applied to enhance and protect their investment. Choosing the oil that goes on the timber decking will help make your job look good for as long as possible.

CUTEK® has a 30-year track record as innovators in the timber protection and pre-oiling markets across five continents. Their timber oils are independently tested and proven to offer powerful, long-term protection and dimensional stability improvements that stand-up in the most extreme environments. Beyond the protection characteristics, CUTEK® timber oils enhance, rather than obscure, the natural grain and beauty of wood.

SUPERIOR PENETRATION WITH SELF-HEALING EFFECT

CUTEK® wood finishes work differently to traditional wood stain, oil, acrylic, urethane coating products in that CUTEK® protects your timber from the inside out. CUTEK® penetrates deeply into the wood core upon application, protecting it from the damaging effects of liquid and gas phase water, significantly increasing the service life of your timber. It does this by remaining PERMANENTLY MOBILE inside the wood, migrating to any cut or perforation with a self-healing action. CUTEK® Pre-Oiling Solution

To reduce one more process onsite and the hassle of having to apply the protective seal to the timber after the installation, our friends at Simmonds use CUTEK® to pre-oiled timber decking in a controlled manufactured process which coats, dry’s and stacks ready for installation. This can be a time saver and benefit when the weather can be unpredictable, and the timber might be exposed to the elements before you can get to oiling and sealing them.

You may be aware of the wide range of Cutek products available to help you deliver a finished project.
