Corinthian's Platinum Cavity Unit is the ultimate space saver allowing you to utilise the floor and wall area that traditional doors cover whilst providing added strength with full steel construction.
Incorporating leading edge technology in the framework, track and roller system, now you don't have to compromise design aesthetics. Corinthian offers the Platinum Cavity Unit in a range of sizes, 3000 (Standard), 6000 (Heavy Duty) and 9000 (Heavy Duty Ceiling Height).
The roll form spreading components provide maximum strength and rigidity to the structure. The Platinum Cavity Unit uses Tox Joints, a unique metal clenching method. The most common construction method of other units on the market include spot welds or rivets which often break or work loose. The Tox Joint achieves a significantly higher dynamic strength than a spot weld. The full steel construction eradicates any problems with white ants or moisture.
The Platinum Cavity Unit can accommodate doors up to 125kg in weight (6000 and 9000 tracks only) in single applications.
Double Platinum Cavity Units are also available in both 6000 and 9000 with a reduced capacity of 85kg per door.
Size matters
The Platinum Cavity Collection is designed to carry taller and wider doors.
It is available in a wide range of door widths and for both 2040mm and 2340mm height doors.
The doors are supplied as Flush Jamb and there will be Flush Pull converter piece in the trolley kit supplied. This saves you precious floor space and eliminates the need to stock both door options. Please contact your us for more information
