Product Description

Encapsulating the essence of urban living, the Newington XN7 from Hume Doors is the epitome of modern-chic. Featuring four square translucent glass panels in an offset design, this entrance door is acclaimed within the architectural sector.

The safety glass is made by a heat and pressure process that laminates two sheets with a white interlayer in between. This gives the glass its white opaque colour, which creates visual privacy while still admitting a considerable amount of light.

Exhibiting a select grade maple veneer finish, this solid entrance door comes ready to stain. Employing a conventional stile and rail construction method, the medium density fibreboard core adds an element of sturdiness that is hard to beat.

Glazing choice has a significant impact on the appearance of the Newington XN7 entrance door, and for both privacy and aesthetic reasons, Hume Doors offer a number of glazing options in plain, decorative and tinted glass finishes. Although this door comes with translucent glazing, it is also available in clear, cathedral, africana, grey tint, low-E, geostep, rice paper and wave slumped (price may vary) – please refer to the website button above for further information.

Building requirements vary according to the bushfire attack level (BAL) that the development is classified under. The Newington XN7 entrance door comes with a rating of BAL 12.5.
