Mixed Whites decking is a mix of two species – Stringybark (Class 2) and White Mahogany (Class 1). Stringybark has an appearance similar to Blackbutt, and White Mahogany is blonder than Blackbutt, complimenting each other, and giving it a tonal appearance.
This will create a slightly paler shade with less natural defects compared to Blackbutt, although a similar colouring to Blackbutt with more variance. This makes the Mixed White decking an attractive option to the Blackbutt decking.
