Viroc is the clever new product transforming interiors with the elegant, industrial style of concrete – the easy way. A cement bonded particle board (CBPB), Viroc combines the flexibility (and easy workability) of pine wood particles with the strength and durability of cement. Achieve a polished, raw or sanded concrete feature wall finish in a variety of colours. It’s the smart way to make a statement in the interiors of modern homes, bars, foyers, auditoriums, commercial fit-outs and joinery applications.

- Zero Asbestos – Viroc sheets are completely free of asbestos
- Sound Insulation – delivers good sound insulation according to board thickness (eg. airborne sound resistance up to 33dB for 12mm sheet thickness)
- Structural Strength – the board’s bending strength allows it to be used as a versatile structural support material that carries weight well (eg. the 19mm thick sheets can be used in flooring)
- External Application – Viroc can be used externally, including the 12mm thick with a sealant
- Machinability – Viroc can be cut, drilled and sanded according to the desired purpose
- Reversible Sheets – “polished” one side and “raw” the other, providing great choice options; “sanded” is also available upon request
- Easy to Install – the tools and fastening systems are identical to those used with wood, so installation is easy and straightforward; there’s no need to render walls, employ specialised concrete polishers or allocate drying time
- Fire Resistance – our Viroc range is Group-1 Fire Rated
- Pest and Rot Resistant – resistant to fungi, termites and insects
- Thermal Insulation – excellent thermal insulation, ideal for both hot and cold climates
- Moisture Resistant – impermeable to water and resistant to water vapour, however it does stain if not sealed
- Sealer — If used for flooring, benchtops, splashbacks, or externally a natural-look sealer coat is to be applied to protect from staining
