Enviroseal ProctorWrap – The Right Wrap for the Hunter region climate and compatible behind Brick Veneer and all Lightweight Cladding.
Enviroseal™ ProctorWrap™ is a highly vapour permeable wall wrap that is ideal for condensation control in the Hunter Region. It helps minimise the risk of condensation related damage and is compatible behind Brick Veneer, FC sheet, timber and metal cladding systems. Including James Hardie,™ Weathertex, Cemintel,® and Hebel® products.
When the inside of the home is heated, certain climates have an increased risk of condensation formation that can lead to harmful damage in the timber frame, roof or plasterboard. As the BCA classifies the Hunter region as climate zone ‘5 & 6’ - it is important that condensation is managed correctly to avoid expensive rectification work. Enviroseal™ ProctorWrap™ is highly vapour permeable and allows water vapour to escape the home making it the ideal way to manage condensation risk.
Note: Bradford Enviroseal™ ProctorWrap™ is not suitable for tropical climates. Tropical climates require a Vapour Barrier ‘High’ and the use of Bradford Thermoseal Wall Wrap is recommended.
Enviroseal™ ProctorWrap™ is suitable for use behind both brick veneer and lightweight clad walls. Enviroseal™ ProctorWrap™ is classified as a water barrier and is a vapour permeable wall wrap in accordance with AS/NZS 4200.1.
