  • Smooth and solid underfoot
  • A spa and poolside performer*

FAQs

Does the change of the jointing system affect any other components of HardieDeck™?

No. HardieDeck™ boards and capping accessories are fully compatible; however, due to the new system providing a separation between decking boards of 11mm in lieu of 13mm for the old system, the coverage will decrease by 2mm. Therefore, when estimating a bill of quantities, ensure to modify accordingly. The James Hardie ACCEL™ take off tools can also assist you with queries of this nature. Visit www.accel.com.au for more information.

Can the discontinued HardieDeck™ Fast-Track system still be used?

To streamline the James Hardie offer and increase their low set deck opportunity, James Hardie will no longer recommend the existing system as of October 1st, 2019; however, James Hardie’s product warranty and support will still apply for any system purchased before that date.

What happens if any HardieDeck's require replacement accessories for the discontinued system?

James Hardie will support this upon order request, please consult your NHS Account Manager or James Hardie’s Customer Link™ team for assistance.

How does the coverage of the old system compare with the new system?

Both packs have been designed to cover the materials required for an average deck of 30sqm. One pack of the old ‘Fast-Track’ system is equivalent to one pack of the new ‘Concealed System’.
