Period Trade Contract Conditions
This is a trade contract identical to the Project Trade Contract except it is designed to reduce paperwork where you have an ongoing relationship or regular jobs. The contract allows for negotiation on the period that the contract runs and the length of the defect liability period.
The contract conditions are to be used together with a Work Order or quote. The Work Order sets out the details of each job including a description and cost of the work. The conditions in the contract then apply to the job.
- Used between the principal contractor (builder or trade contractor) and trade contractors (subcontractors) for works over a set period of time
- Establishes terms and conditions for work to be performed
- When used in conjunction with a HIA Work Order, there is no need for a separate trade contract
- Complies with state legislation
- Pad of 20 contracts (in duplicate form)
