170mm Concealed Joiners are an alternative off-stud joining option for Weathertex Primelok 170 Shadowood, Primelok 170 Federation and Primelok 170 Ruff-Sawn weatherboards.
Designed with a gap to accommodate temperature and moisture movement, the concealed joiner is flashed on the rear of the weatherboard to prevent water penetration to the cavity. Joints are then filled with a 6mm bond breaker and a highly flexible, yet paintable polyurethane sealant.
