NSW Residential Building Contract for Works on a Cost Plus Basis
This contract is for residential building projects to be done on a cost plus basis. Generally a cost plus contract is used where it is not possible to accurately price the work when the contract is signed.
- A contract which is not a lump sum or fixed price
- Describes the scope of work but the contract price is not known at the time of signing
- Actual costs and a fee are charged as the work is done
- Pack of two – an owner copy and a builder/trade copy
