Building Blanket is a lightweight insulation product from Bradford, designed for general thermal insulation applications in buildings. Containing up to 65% recycled content, molten glass is spun into fine inorganic wool-like fibres, producing a golden non-combustable layer bonded to a reflective foil membrane.
Aside for the clear thermal benefits, Building Blanket acts as a baffle to reduce sound transmission from external and internal sources. A versatile product, Building Blanket can be used under metal deck roofs, in partitions, curtain walls, and is ideal for insulating complex shapes.
