Often just called blue board, HardieTex™ cladding is a strong, pre-primed base sheet that is finished in-situ with a specialised texture coat system. HardieTex™ blue board system is the original way to create a decorative, monolithic rendered look without the need for masonry.

HardieTex™ cladding system is suitable for use in timber framed or light gauge steel framed residential homes, with full wrap or composite construction designs, including alterations and additions. Once the blue board sheets are coated with a specialised 2mm thick acrylic render, the appearance is that of rendered masonry, but at a fraction of the cost.

The seamless, block visual created with HardieTex™ blue board system makes it a perfect backdrop for a special design accent, with texture and colour possibilities almost endless.
